it must have a healthy vascular structure. In these operations, the veins in the dorsal region of the penis are ligated and cut, and we can also ligate smaller veins connected to these veins. As an alternative surgery, the veins can be compressed near the root of the corpus cavernosum.<\/p>\n<p>In some cases, these two surgical procedures may be used together.
